I haven’t been hanging out with friends lately. Mostly work and yoga/gym. So no recent pictures.

I’m an outgoing, jovial, positive and friendly person. I value friendship and family ties.

Like many Singaporeans, I love to travel. I like going to Thailand. Bangkok, Phuket, Hat Yai, Pattaya, Phi Phi Islands and Krabi are some of the  cities/states that I have visited in Thailand. Tailor made suit at MBK

Today’s Friday, and the Preview is tomorrow. I’m actually pretty nervous as this will be the first time that I’m doing something like this. Well in order to get more votes, I guess I need to write something on my blog to netizens out there who don’t know me in person.

Let me explain how I got into this contest. I have no idea of the existence of such a contest until the day when I was “recruited”.

On the 10th July, I went to Clark Quay with my ex-colleague, Shu Fen. There was a Female Magazine 50 Gorgeous People booth near the water fountain. We were waiting for Shu Fen’s friends when the warm and friendly people at the booth approached us and asked us to participate in the contest.

I, being the shy one, apparently, kept refusing. But they were pretty persistent, and so was I. Finally my friend went up to the booth and wrote on the entry form. I thought that she was nominating herself for the shoot. I was thinking… hmmm at least we can sit down and get something to drink since we’re not doing anything productive anyways… But alas!!! She had written down my name instead and signed me up for the contest. Here’s the picture.

About 2 or 3 weeks later, I got an email from Madeline of Female Magazine to go down for a for a photo shoot at Ann Siang Hill, which I did.

An email came on Monday, 5th Oct, which said:

Hey all,

Congratulations! You have made it to be one of the 50 finalists!…..

WISH ME LUCK!!!
