Hello and Konnichiwa to everyone! Well, I know this is very late for my first blogging but as they say – it’s better late than never!! Today I’m going to write a little bit about myself and what I do in Singapore.

I’ve been living in Singapore for nearly two years now and am truly enjoying my new adventures. I’ve been working as a DJ for the last seven years, and relocated here last year from Sydney to gain some work in Singapore and around SE Asia. I found a passion in music at a very young age – I started playing my family’s records when I was three and played the violin for nine years. As a DJ I love playing different kinds of music to match various occasions, and enjoy the fact that every gig is different. I’m currently playing at Rewind Bar (Tanjong Pager Rd) every Friday night and doing some corporate events and oversea gigs in the region.

Most people don’t know that I recently made my theatrical debut in The Hossan Leong Show – yes, I was the foreign DJ with big curly Afro hair! It was a wonderful experience learning what goes behind the stage and I had a blast on stage. I also remixed a couple of songs from the show, which are on the official souvenir CD. Who knows you may see me on stage again!

When I’m not working, I’m a very calm and easy-going person who likes to spend lots of time with friends and discover new things. I like taking pictures of landscape – especially sunsets. Being selected in the 50GP was a shock to me. I usually find myself comfortable in the dark corner but agreed to take part in this for fun and to meet new people. I’ve already learned that I have no cordination for catwalk..

I eat all the time. I went to Penang recently and my friend took me to the best foodcourt in town. Yum!

Also tried water sport in Penang. I'm not scared of heights.
