Terms and conditions These Terms and Conditions shall apply to all parts of the Female 50 Gorgeous People 2010. By his/her participation, the participant agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Qualifying Period The registration starts on 17 June 2010 and ends on 20 August 2010. Eligibility for the Challenge The Female 50 Gorgeous People 2010 is organised by SPH Magazines Pte Ltd and is open to all Singapore residents & PRs or Expatriates (who will be in Singapore till 31 December 2010) between 21 - 40 years old except employees of SPH Magazines and sponsors. All registration must be properly completed and submitted according with all details required to be clearly indicated. SPH Magazines Pte Ltd reserves the right to disqualify registration forms with erroneous details in required fields. The organiser will not be responsible for any dispute arising from incomplete entry details. The organiser reserves the right to refuse any entries. Announcement of Results Short-listed candidates for the preliminary round of judging will be notified by email. General Whilst all reasonable precaution will be taken by the organiser to ensure the safety of the participants, the organiser will not be liable for any loss or damage, whether personal or otherwise, and howsoever arising. The participant understands that he/she is taking part in this event at her own risk and will undertake own responsibility for any injuries incurred. The organiser reserves the rights to the photographs or recordings, or any other record of this event for any legitimate purposes including commercial advertising. All data collected from the registration forms are property of SPH Magazines Pte Ltd and may be used for future marketing/promotional purposes. SPH Magazines Pte Ltd reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without any liability on its part whatsoever, to cancel, postpone, terminate, or suspend or in any other way cease the Contest at any time without prior notification. SPH Magazines Pte Ltd reserves the right to amend or vary the Terms and Conditions of the Contest at any time without prior notification.
